Philip Henderson is an independent London-based commercial surveying practice regulated by the RICS.

Founded by Philip Henderson FRICS after many years working with a national firm of surveyors, he has advised pension funds, industrial and warehouse operators, with an emphasis on commercial property agency, rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates nationwide.

He has extensive experience in marketing and acquisitions of commercial property and of rent review arbitrations, and third-party disputes resolution.

Working closely with clients, Philip Henderson is proud to have maintained excellent long-term relationships with clients for many years and guarantee the best possible results.
